Weather Routing

By emailing or calling daily, at a pre-arranged time, we will prepare a forecast and route for you. The forecast will be written by one of our forecasters and will be specific to your route and heading. This will then be delivered in a plain text format (to save satellite download costs), consists of:

1. A general synopsis of pressure systems likely to affect you in the coming days.

2. A detailed forecast for of the next 24hrs, consisting of wind direction, speed, sea state, weather and visibility.

3. A further outlook for the next 48hrs will also be given

4. Advice on severe weather avoidance, where to find the favorable winds and finally the best sailing route for the data supplied.

If you wish to take this service on a daily basis the cost is £25/day. If you just require a forecast only on an ad-hoc basis the cost is £50/day.
